摘要
说明了霍尔传感器中的非线性问题及修正的必要性;以UGN—3501M霍尔传感器为例,介绍了修正的过程;以UGN—3501M芯片和集成AD 522型双端差动输入测量放大器为主设计出了直流电流检测电路,该电路具有良好的线性度(绝对线性度为8.2%)和高精度(最大相对误差为1.4%);电路结构简单,实验结果令人满意。
The necessity of the non--linear problem and correction for Hall seusor are explained. Take UGN-- 3501M Hall sensor as example,the modified process is presnted. Take UGN--3501M chip and integrated AD 522 double--end differential input measuring amplifilter as dominant to design DC current detecting circuit. The circui(has fine linearity (absolute linearity being 8. 2%)and high precision (maximnm relative error being 1. 4%). The circuit structure is simple and experimental results are satisfactory.
