摘要
通过细胞自噬从微观角度探讨沈舒文教授所提"毒瘀交阻"之论,揭示胃癌前病变中"毒瘀交阻"的病机及"扶正解毒祛瘀法"的微观机制,阐明中医药可通过调节自噬以维持机体内环境平衡,为胃癌前病变的临床诊疗和防治提供新的思路和方法。
By studying the theory of"inter-obstruction of toxic and blood stasis"put forward by Professor SHEN Shuwen from micro cos mic point of view,this paper reveals the pathogenesis of"inter-obstruction of toxic and blood stasis"in gastric precancerous lesion and the micro cos mic mechanism of"strengthening body and detoxifying and removing blood stasis method",clarifies that TCM can maintain the balance of internal environment by regulating autophagy,providing the new ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.
