摘要
骨质疏松症是一种常见的代谢性骨疾病,其发病机制与骨内稳态的失衡密切相关。骨内稳态依赖于破骨细胞的骨吸收和成骨细胞的骨形成之间的精确动态平衡,并涉及一系列复杂且高度调节的步骤。越来越多的证据表明,自噬是免疫细胞、骨细胞分化与活化的必需过程,自噬失调可导致骨免疫紊乱,直接或间接引起OB/OC比例失调,导致骨稳态失衡。本综述以“伏毒”理论为切入点,以“伏毒-细胞自噬-骨免疫”学说为基础,探讨自噬、骨免疫学与OP的关系,为OP的治疗及进一步的研究提供一定的理论参考依据。
Osteoporosis is a common metabolic bone disease.Its pathogenesis is closely related to the imbalance of bone homeostasis.Bone homeostasis depends on a precise dynamic balance between bone resorption by osteoclasts and bone formation by osteoblasts,and involves a series of complex and highly regulated steps.More and more evidences show that autophagy is an essential process for the differentiation and activation of immune cells and bone cells.The disorder of autophagy leads to the disorder of bone immunity,directly or indirectly causing the imbalance of OB/OC ratio,Results ing in the imbalance of bone homeostasis.This review takes the theory of"vototoxicity"as the starting point and the theory of"vototoxicity-autophagy-bone immunity"as the basis to explore the relationship among autophagy,bone immunology,and OP,so as to provide certain theoretical reference for the treatment and further research of OP.
