摘要
青年馆员和图书馆之间的心理契约研究对提升馆员智慧能力、改进图书馆管理和服务具有重要意义。文章通过分析青年馆员心理契约形成的四个阶段和三个维度的特点,探讨了青年馆员智慧能力发展存在的问题,分析心理契约对智慧能力的作用,论证心理契约应用于青年馆员智慧能力提升的可行性,提出实现青年馆员智慧能力提升的四个关键因素。
The study of psychological contract between young librarian and library is of great significance to enhance librarian s intelligence and improve library management and service.This paper attempts to analyze three dimension and three stages of forming environment and feature of young librarian s psychological contract,and to discuss current problem in the smart capability development of young librarian.It demonstrates the feasibility of applying psychological contract to the improvement of young librarian s smart capabilities.It puts forward the strategies to improve the smart ability of young librarians from four key factors.
