摘要
分析了构建具有吸引力、亲和力的读者和图书馆心理契约关系,构建读者满意与图书馆组织获利的正合博弈,以实现图书馆与读者双赢的目标。
The relation of psychological contract between readers and libraries with attraction and affinity was analyzed. A game that is beneficial to both readers and libraries was constructed to achieve their win-win target.
