摘要
信息资源共享活动必须同时考虑效率和公平两个向度。信息资源共享参与方之间经常处于合作与不合作的矛盾关系中,"智猪博弈"模型能够很好地解释这种关系机制。采用合理的共享机制能够取得合作共赢效果。共享机制包括:激励机制、约束机制和扶持机制。
