摘要
业务外包是影响高校图书馆人力资源管理的一个重要因素。文章从积极影响和消极影响两方面列举这些影响的具体表现,分析两者之间矛盾冲突的深层次原因,提出业务外包背景下高校图书馆人力资源管理的对策。
Out-sourcing is an important factor that affects the human resource management of university library.This paper lists the specific performance of the impact of outsourcing on Library Human Resource Management from both positive and negative aspects,analyzes the deep-seated causes of the conflict between outsourcing and library human resource management,and puts forward the human resource management measures of the university library under the background of outsourcing.
