摘要 人力资源管理外包,可以帮助企业降低成本、聚焦核心业务。因为我国人力资源外包实践时间比较短,市场不够成熟,企业进行人力资源外包管理存在一定的风险。通过对企业人力资源管理外包风险的分析,提出防范人力资源管理外包风险的策略:建立健全人力资源管理外包相关法律法规,企业明确人力资源外包服务的需求和目标,建立信息平台交流人力资源外包信息;企业人力资源管理外包时与服务商签订保密协议;企业与人力资源管理外包服务商加强沟通和协商,减少文化冲突。 Human resource management outsourcing can help companies reduce costs and focus on core business.Because the practice time of human resource outsourcing in China is relatively short and the market is not mature enough,there are certain risks for enterprises in human resource outsourcing management.Based on the analysis of human resource management outsourcing risks of the enterprise,it proposes strategies to prevent human resource management outsourcing risks:establishing and improving laws and regulations related to human resource management outsourcing,enterprises clarifying the needs and goals of human resource outsourcing services,and establishing information platforms to exchange human resource outsourcing information;Signing a confidentiality agreement with the service provider when the company’s human resource management outsourcing;the company and the human resource management outsourcing service provider strengthen communication and negotiation to reduce cultural conflicts.
