摘要
该文基于校企协同育人机制构建的依据,从理论基础和实践探索的角度出发,研究如何将培养方案与用人机制相结合,使培养单位和用人单位共同协作,最大程度满足其用人单位的岗位需求。依据校企协同育人机制的模型,提出明确主体发展需求、打通沟通协调渠道,加强政府主导作用、完善利益分配体系,提供资源共享平台、完善人才培养体系等策略。
With the development of economy and society and the popularization of higher education,it is an irresistible trend to develop application-oriented universities.However,university-enterprise collaborative education means that both sides integrate various elements according to their own or common needs and effectively combine the resources of both sides of application-oriented universities and enterprises,so as to better promote the development and progress of students.Based on the basis of university-enterprise cooperative education mechanism construction and from the perspective of theoretical basis and practical exploration,this paper studies how to combine the training program with the employment mechanism,so that the training unit and the employer can cooperate together and meet the job requirements of the employer to the greatest extent.According to the model of university-enterprise cooperative education mechanism,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as clarifying the development needs of the main body,opening up communication and coordination channels,strengthening the leading role of the government,improving the benefit distribution system,providing a platform for sharing resources,and improving the talent training system.
