摘要
高校学生工作日益变化,研究生担任助研、助教、助管和学生辅导员(简称“三助一辅”)已经成为高校的重要组成部分。其优势在于符合研究生培养规律和全面能力培养要求,并对培养单位的科研、教学以及管理具有重要的支撑或补充作用。但在实际操作中也存在着研究生精力不足、缺乏经验等,需要高校从队伍建设,完善研究生兼职“三助一辅”的选聘流程、培训机制等方面着手,打造一支高水平的研究生兼职“三助一辅”队伍。
College students’work is changing day by day,Postgraduates serve as research assistants,teaching assistants,assistants and student counselors(abbreviation“Three Assistants-One Counselor”)and has become an important part of colleges and universities.Its advantages lie in meeting the requirements of postgraduate training rules and comprehensive ability training,and providing important support or supplement to the scientific research,teaching and management of training institutions.But in practice,there are also some problems,such as the lack of energy and experience of graduate students.Colleges and universities need to build up their contingents.Improve the selection process and training mechanism of part-time postgraduate“Three Assistants-One Counselor"to build a high-level"Three Assistants-One Counselor”contingent of part-time postgraduates.
