摘要
应用型人才培养是二本院校计算机类专业人才培养的定位,校企协同育人能够充分利用企业资源,发挥高校在人才培养方面的优势,达到校企优势互补,合作共赢。从课程体系、师资队伍、教学方法和实验室建设多个方向,结合我校实际情况探讨校企协同育人模式建设,并进行校企双方的优势分析,力求使我校计算机类专业做到真正的产教融合、产学合作、协同育人。
The orientation of computer talents training in second-batch university is applied personnel training.Collaborative education between school and enterprise can make full use of enterprise resources,give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities in personnel training,in order to achieve complementary advantages between school and enterprise,and pursue win-win cooperation.Combining with the actual situation of our college,discusses the construction of collaborative education model between school and enterprise in several di rections such as curriculum system,teaching staff,teaching method and laboratory construction,and analyses the advantages of both school and enterprise,striving for the real integration,cooperation and collaborative education of enterprise with school in our computer ma jors.
