OBE理念下新能源汽车营销课程实践教学研究 被引量:5

摘要 新能源汽车营销课程的设立是为了培养具有一定的营销基础知识、掌握新能源汽车服务技术、能够承担新能源汽车营销岗位任务的技能型应用人才。文章基于成果导向的OBE教育理念,结合新能源汽车营销课程,以新能源汽车营销实践能力为核心定位课程教学目标,反向设计实践教学环节,创新评价方式,并将实践教学能力分为专业基础能力、专业核心能力、综合实践能力和创新设计能力4个层次。提出了符合技能型人才培养"层次递进、校企融合"的新能源汽车营销课程实践教学体系,旨在促进职业院校新能源汽车营销课程实践教学的改革与发展。 The new energy vehicle marketing course is to train skilled application talents with certain marketing basic knowledge,new energy vehicle service technology,and the ability to undertake new energy vehicle marketing positions.The new energy vehicle marketing curriculum is based on the result-oriented OBE education concept.The new energy vehicle marketing practice ability is the core to position the curriculum teaching objectives.The practice teaching ability is divided into four levels,i.e.professional basic ability,professional core ability,comprehensive practice ability and in-novative design capability.By reversing practice teaching design and innovating evaluation methods,a new energy vehi-cle marketing course practice teaching system is proposed to meet the skill-based talent training"level progressive,school-enterprise integration",and the reform and development of the practice teaching of new energy vehicle market-ing courses is further promoted in vocational colleges.
