摘要
组织发展是馆员发展的重要内容,对馆员发展具有重要影响。论文在探讨高校图书馆员组织发展的概念及起源的基础上,系统分析了美国亚利桑那大学图书馆的馆员组织发展项目,提出了高校图书馆促进馆员组织发展的具体策略。推动图书馆员组织发展的策略包括:对馆员进行有效赋权、将馆员组织发展纳入图书馆战略规划、创建良好的图书馆组织文化等。
Organizational development is an important part of the development of librarians and has an important impact on the development of librarians.On the basis of discussing the concept and origin of the organizational development of university librarians,this paper systematically analyses the organizational development projects of the University of Arizona Library in the United States,and puts forward some specific strategies for promoting the organizational development of librarians in university libraries.Strategies to promote the organizational development of librarians include:effective empowerment of librarians,incorporating the librarians’ organizational development into the strategic planning of libraries,and creating a good organizational culture of libraries.
