摘要
教育部新颁布的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》把图书馆员分为专业馆员和辅助馆员两类。"专业馆员"的提出,是高校图书馆人才发展和队伍建设的重要战略举措,对于高校图书馆员的专业化发展与转型具有重要意义。文章基于"专业馆员"的视角,分析其内涵与特征,阐述馆员的专业化认定及社会认可,从专业化发展理念、方式、内容、目标及理念转型、服务转型、文化转型等方面,探讨高校图书馆员专业化发展转型的途径。
"General Academic Library Regulation" issued by the Ministry of Education divides librarians into professional librarians and assist librarians. The proposal of "Professional Librarian" is an important measure for the talent development and team building for academic libraries and has important strategic significance for the professional development and transformation of academic libraries. Based on "professional librarians" perspective, this article analyzes its meaning and characteristics, elaborates librarians'professional identification and social recognition and discusses the professional development transition way for academic libraries from professional development concept, methods, content, objectives and concept transformation, service transformation and culture transformation, etc. 8 refs.
