摘要
八小时工作制是切实保障劳动者权益的制度之一。随着技术的进步,互联网行业工作效率极大提高,却出现了打破八小时工作制的“996”现象,即早上9点上班,晚上9点下班,每周工作6天的工作方式。“996”现象不仅给互联网企业员工的身心带来极大伤害,也阻碍了企业的可持续发展进程,给国民身体素质和幸福感造成不良影响。为了深入探究这种超负荷现象,文章以直接受其影响的互联网从业者为研究对象,调查该群体的工作生活状况并就结果进行Logistics回归分析。结果发现弹性工作制、行业竞争压力、员工内驱力等因素都不同程度地导致互联网行业“996”现象。针对这种现象,政府应该加强相关立法、严格执法,企业应该肩负起社会责任,优化管理流程和进行制度改革,员工应提高自身能力的同时审视自身追求,争取加班自主决定权。
The eight-hour work system effectively protects the rights of workers.With the advancement of technology,the efficiency of internet work has greatly increased.But a phenomenon called“996”has broken the eight-hour work system.In“996”system,the staff should go to work at 9 o′clock,get off work at 9 o′clock,and extend working days to six days.The"996"phenomenon not only affects the physical and mental health of the employees of Internet companies,but also hinders the sustainable development of enterprises.What′s more,it has a negative impact on the national physical quality and the marriage rate of the right-age population.To explore the reasons of the phenomenon,this paper chooses the Internet practitioners as samples,investigating their work characteristics and overwork reasons,and analyze the result by Logistics.The result shows that overwork are related to flexible work system,industry competitive pressure,employee internal driving force and so on.To solve this problem,the government should strengthen relevant legislation and strict enforcement.Enterprises should shoulder social responsibility,and carry out strategic planning and institutional reform.What′s more,employees should improve their ability to obtain overtime decision-making power.
