摘要
引入马克思主义劳动过程的视野,从"去技术化"和"空间生产政治"的角度考察资本与管理方对劳动生产过程的技术控制以及生产空间的再造,关注中国雇员加班发生的影响因素和对劳动者不同加班类型发生率的影响。结合对中国劳动力动态调查2012年数据的分析,发现在控制了人力资本因素和其他结构性因素后,雇员工作中的"技术控制"和"空间控制"因素对其合理加班或超时加班的发生有显著效应,且该效应存在不同户籍类型雇员群体之间的差异。研究结果表明,有必要采取政策鼓励企业革新其生产管理方式向"以劳动者为本"的方向发展,以推动建立更为开放、公平的劳动力市场。
From the vision of the Marxist labor process theory,this paper discusses that the capital and management rebuild the production space and the deskilling control in the labor process from the deskilling and spatial production perspectives.The empirical analysis of data from the 2012's Chinese Labor-force Dynamics Survey shows that the presence of deskilling control and spatial control is significantly correlated with employee's overtime work,by controlling the effects of human capital and other structural factors.However,this relationship varies,by whether an employee is registered as a rural or urban resident.The results indicate that it is necessary for the policymakers to encourage firms to change their ways of production management towards a more employee-friendly one,and to reform the labor market system to build up a more open and fair market.
