摘要
产品质量检验中,微生物的检验是衡量产品卫生质量的重要指标,也是筛选产品是否满足备用要求的重要依据。微生物检验中影响检验结果的因素有抽样过程、检测试剂的质量、检测环境的控制、检验人员的操作规范及培养条件的控制等,每一个指标都直接影响检测结果的准确性。基于此,就检测试剂培养基对微生物检验的影响展开研究与探讨,为实验室以后开展检验工作做好培养基的控制提供参考。
In product quality inspection, microbiological inspection is an important indicator to measure the health quality of products, and also an important basis to screen whether the products meet the standby requirements. The factors that affect the results of microbiological testing include sampling process, quality of testing reagents, control of testing environment, operation specifications of inspectors and control of culture conditions. Each index has a direct impact on our testing results. In this paper, the influence of test reagent culture medium on microbiological test is studied and discussed, which provides reference for the control of culture medium in the future test work.
