摘要 为了提高实验室对食物中毒标本的检测能力,增强实验室的竞争能力,该实验室参加了自治区疾病预防控制中心组织的实验室盲样比对考核。依据2015年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测手册和食品卫生微生物学检验GB4789进行检测。检出副溶血性弧菌。表明该实验室具备检测致病菌的能力,但应注意不断增强检验人员对目标菌的认识,从而提高实验室整体检测水平。 In order to improve laboratory detection of food poisoning samples, increasing competition capability of the laboratory, this lab participated in laboratory assessment on blind comparison that organized the autonomous region center for disease control and prevention. This laboratory detection was on the basis of the National food contamination and harmful factors risk monitoring manual inspection in 2015 and Microbiological examination of food hygiene GB4789 for testing. This study detection strain was Vibrio parahemolyticus. Show this detection experiment indicated that the lab have the ability to detect pathogenic bacteria, but should pay attention to strengthening inspection personnel to the understanding of the target bacteria, so as to improve the level of laboratory detection.
