摘要
以合肥学院无机非金属材料工程专业实施安徽省卓越工程师教育培养计划为契机,开展卓越工程师企业实习的教学改革。确定以培养后备工程师为目标的企业实习思路,确定企业实习的目的、任务、要求、过程、方法及应注意的问题,为探索应用型人才培养和实践教学体系的改革提供有借鉴意义的参考模式。
Taking the opportunity of implementing the project of training excellent engineers in Anhui Province for the inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering specialty,Hefei University carries out the teaching reform of enterprise practice for excellent engineers.This paper defines the idea of enterprise practice aiming at training reserve engineers,and specifies the purpose,task,requirement,process,method and issues to be noticed in the enterprise practice,hoping to provide a reference model for exploring the reform of application-oriented personnel training and practical teaching system.
