摘要
随着挖泥船的设计建造向大型化发展,较难对船上低速重载运转的的挖泥机具进行人工手动润滑,为避免挖泥船在外海风浪作业时由施工人员对挖泥机具进行维护而导致的安全风险,须对自动润滑脂系统的应用进行研究。介绍自动润滑脂系统的组成特点及其在不同类型挖泥船上的应用,并特别阐述其安装调试要点,为今后其他类型的工程船舶应用自动润滑脂系统提供参考。
With the design and construction trend of the dredger to large scale,it is difficult to manually lubricate the dredging components running at low speed and heavy load.In order to avoid the safety risk caused by the maintenance of the dredging components during the dredger working under offshore wind,the application of automatic greasing system is researched.The composition feature of the automatic greasing system and its application in different types of dredger are introduced,and the key points of system installation and commission are described,which provides reference for the automatic greasing system on other types of engineering boats.
