在12-羟基硬脂酸锂和二羟酸锂的复合锂基润滑脂中引入钙皂,制成了复合锂钙基润滑脂。通过电子显微镜照相和差热分析证明,稠化剂各成分形成了统一的共晶体。复合锂钙基润滑脂的皂纤维结构与二羧酸锂的复合锂基润滑脂相似,但产品的某些性质有提高。
Complex lithium-calcium greases were prepared by adding calcium soap intothe complex lithium grease of lithium 12-hydroxy-stearate and lithium dicar-boxylate. Electron micrograph and differential thermal analysis confirmed thatvarious components of the thickener has formed united cocrystallites. The soapfiber structure of complex lithium-calcium grease is similar that of complexlithium grease of lithium dicarboxylate, but some properties of the formerare improved.
