摘要
现代设备对润滑脂的性能提出了更高的要求。润滑脂的性能在很大程度上取决于所使用的稠化剂,但单一稠化剂难以达到高性能润滑脂的要求。复合稠化剂兼具有单一稠化剂的特点,可以弥补单一稠化剂的缺陷,具有协同作用,能制备出综合性能优良的润滑脂。讲解了几种复合润滑脂的性能特点和作用机理。
Modern equipment put higher requirements on grease performance.The performance of grease depended on the thickener used.But it was difficult for a single thickener to meet the requirements of high-performance greases.The complex thickener had the characteristics of a single thickener,which could make up for the defect of a single thickener and had a synergistic effect.A grease with excellent overall performance could be produced.The performance characteristics and mechanism of several complex greases were explained.
