摘要
目的分析凉山彝族自治州某县医院从事艾滋病相关诊治工作的医护人员对艾滋病相关知识掌握情况及职业暴露现状。方法2018-10采用整群抽样的方法对凉山州某县医院临床医护人员进行面对面问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计学描述和分析,检验水准a=0.05。结果某县医院艾滋病诊治医护人员对艾滋病基本知识知晓率为83.70%;38.04%发生过职业暴露;56.52%知晓职业暴露后如何处理;45.65%的医护人员知晓最佳预防服药时间;85.87%的医护人员认为自己发生职业暴露的可能性大;知道患者是HIV感染者时,95.78%医护人员选择一视同仁;手术前得知患者感染了HIV,86.96%的医护人员选择加强防护,照常手术。结论该县医护人员艾滋病相关知识知晓率相对较低,艾滋病职业暴露发生比例较高,应加强医护人员尤其是护理人员的艾滋病相关知识及标准防护的培训和考核,提升医护人员对艾滋病的认识并减少职业的暴露发生。
Objective To analyze the AIDS related knowledge and occupational exposure of medical staff engaged in AIDS related diagnosis and treatment in a county people’s Hospital in Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture.Methods A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical medical staff in a county hospital by a cluster sampling method.The results were analyzed,and a=0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results 83.70% of the medical staff knew the basic knowledge of AIDS.38.04% of the participants had experienced the occupational exposures.56.52% of the participants knew how to handle the occupational exposures.45.65% of the participants knew the best opportune time of taking precautionary medicine.85.87% of the medical workers thought that they had a high possibility of occupational exposure.95.78% of the participants would treat HIV patients without difference when they knew the patients had been infected.86.96% of the medical staff chose to strengthen protection and operate as usual when they knew the patients were HIV infected before operations.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among medical and nursing staff is relatively low,and the proportion of occupational exposure to AIDS is relatively high in this hospital.The training and assessment of AIDS-related knowledge and standard protection of medical and nursing staff need to be strengthened so as to enhance the awareness of AIDS among medical and nursing staff and reduce occupational exposure.
