传染病护理人员工作压力源调查分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解传染病护理人员工作压力现状及主要工作压力源,以寻找有效策略,保障护士身心健康,提高工作效率及护理质量。方法对传染病医院70名临床护士进行自评式问卷调查,并分析调查的数据。结果护理专业及工作方面的问题、工作量及时间分配问题、工作环境及资源问题、患者护理方面的问题和管理及人际关系方面调查所得分值分别为(2.08±1.09)分、(2.22±1.16)分、(1.95±1.32)分、(1.75±0.96)分和(1.18±0.88)分;35项问题中,分值最高的前三项分别是工资及其他的福利待遇低、上班的护士数量少和护理工作的社会地位太低。结论传染病临床护理工作压力源主要来源于福利待遇低和社会地位低,缓解护理人员压力有利于护理队伍的稳定和发展。 Objective To investigate the working pressure sources of clinical nursing staff in the Infectious Diseases Center of hospital, fmd effective strategies to protect physical and psychological health of nurses and im- prove nursing efficiency and quality. Methods A self-reported questionnaire was conducted among 70 nurses in the Infectious Diseases Center, and the data was collected and analyzed. Results The scores in the respects of nursing profession and work problems, workload and time distribution, working environment and resource problems, patient care issues, management and social issues were (2.08±1.09), (2.22±1.16), (1.95±1.32), (1.75±0.96) and (1.18±0.88), respectively. Among 35 investigation questions, the top three were low salary and other welfare benefits, less number of nurses and low social status of nursing work, respectively. Condusion Clinical nursing work pressure sources mainly come from low salary and other welfare benefits as well as low social position. To alleviate the pressure of the nursing work is of great significant to the stability and development of nursing team.
