摘要
目的了解高校学生艾滋病知识、行为现状,为开展艾滋病与性健康教育提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某高校464名学生进行问卷调查并分析。结果学生艾滋病知识知晓率为88.58%。不同性别之间(χ~2=2.841,P>0.05)、不同年级之间(χ~2=2.088,P>0.05)、不同年龄之间(χ~2=4.26,P>0.05)艾滋病知识知晓率差异没有统计学意义,11.42%的学生有过性行为经历,96.23%的学生初次性行为的对象为男女朋友,1.89%的学生初次性行为对象为商业性伴,3.77%的学生初次性行为对象为同性性伴;58.49%的学生初次性行为时使用了安全套。结论自贡市高校学生艾滋病知识知晓率处在一般水平,学生自我保护意识不强,今后需加强高校预防艾滋病健康教育工作,提高学生预防艾滋病知识知晓,促进行为改变,促进早检测和早治疗。
Objective To understand the current situation of AIDS knowledge and behavior among college students in Zigong and to provide a scientific basis for AIDS and sexual health education.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among 464 college students.Results The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 88.58%.No statistically significant difference was found in AIDS knowledge awareness rates between different genders（χ^2=2.841,P〉0.05）,among different grades（χ^2=2.088,P〉0.05）or among different groups（χ^2=4.26,P〉0.05）.11.42% of the students had sexual experience;first sexual partners were boyfriends or girlfriends counted for 96.23%,commercial sexual workers counted for 1.89% and homosexual partners counted for 1.89% of the students;58.49%of the students used condoms in their first sexual behaviors.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students in Zigong is at a general level,and the students＇ awareness of self-protection is not strong.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the health education of AIDS prevention in colleges and universities,and promote behavioral changes and early detection and early treatment.
