高职院校学生顶岗实习政策反思——以博弈论视角

Reflect on the Policy of Student Post Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges——From the Perspective of Game Theory

摘要 随着国家产业优化升级,政府对高等职业教育越发重视,加上高职院校教育职业化的特点,高职院校顶岗实习环节作为职业教育实践越来越被重视,但在开放市场环境下,顶岗实习过程中出现了企业和学校为了自己的利益合谋侵害顶岗实习学生利益的行为,通过建立经济学博弈模型解释此现象,找出此现象存在的原因及给出相关对策建议。 With the optimization and upgrading of national industry, the government pays more attention to higher vocational education, and with the characteristics of the professionalization of higher vocational education, the post practice in higher vocational colleges is paid more and more attention as the practice of vocational education, but in the open market environment. In the course of practice, enterprises and schools colluded to infringe the interests of students in practice for their own benefit. By establishing a game model, we find out why this phenomenon exists and gives some suggestions.
