摘要
沪通长江大桥主航道桥为主跨1092 m的公铁两用斜拉桥。设计过程中对平行钢丝斜拉索和钢绞线斜拉索在该桥上应用的可行性进行对比分析。由于采用高强度平行钢丝斜拉索,拉索断面更小、风载阻力小、钢丝应力均匀性好,同时有利于降低造价、减小结构横向变形、保证列车高速运行的平稳性和舒适性,因此,推荐采用高强度平行钢丝斜拉索。依托该桥对2000 MPa平行钢丝斜拉索进行了钢丝、锚具、护套及整索性能的专题研究,成功试制了斜拉索产品,最终实现了2000 MPa平行钢丝斜拉索在沪通长江大桥中的应用。
The main navigational channel bridge of Hutong Changjiang River Bridge is a cable-stayed rail-cum-road bridge with a main span of 1092 m.During the design process,the applicability of the parallel steel wire cable and the steel strand cable to the bridge were compared and analyzed.The stay cable made of parallel steel wires has smaller cross section,small wind load resistance and better stress uniformity in steel wires.Meanwhile,the application of the parallel steel wire cables can reduce the cost,decrease the transverse deformation of the structure and ensure the stability of the operation of the high-speed trains and the comfort of passengers.Therefore,the high-strength parallel steel wire cable is recommended.The 2000 MPa parallel wire cables were specially studied based on the engineering practice of Hutong Changjiang River Bridge,to examine the performance of the steel wires,anchorages,protection sheath and an entire cable,and the finished stay cables were successfully prepared.The application of the 2000 MPa parallel steel wire cables was realized on the Hutong Changjiang River Bridge.
