摘要
介绍5.75 mm合金镀层钢丝的生产过程。选择14 mm 82B线材,合理分配部分压缩率及变形量,半成品5.65 mm钢丝生产线速度为2 m/s。半成品钢丝采用电解碱洗,氢氧化钠质量浓度150~300 g/L,温度为60~90℃;酸洗用盐酸质量浓度120~200 g/L,亚铁离子质量浓度≤150 g/L;助镀剂氯化铵质量浓度100~200 g/L,助镀温度70~80℃;热镀合金温度450~460℃,热镀层钢丝速度16 m/min。成品钢丝镀后实测直径5.76 mm,抗拉强度1 910~1 930 MPa,镀层面质量320~350 g/m2,满足性能指标要求。
To introduce production of diameter 5. 75 mm alloy coating steel wire. Diameter 14 mm 82 B wire rod is chosen,reasonable part compression ratio and deformation amount are arranged,the speed of semi-finished product diameter 5. 65 mm production line is 2 m / s. The semi-finished product adopts electrolytic alkaline cleaning,mass concentration of Na OH is 150 ~ 300 g / L,temperature is 60 ~ 90 ℃. Mass concentration of hydrochloric acid for acid pickling is 120 ~ 200 g / L,mass concentration of ferrous ion is no more than 150 g / L,mass concentration of promotion flux ammonium chloride is100 ~ 200 g / L,temperature is 70 ~ 80 ℃,hot galvanizing alloy temperature is 450 ~ 460 ℃,hot galvanizing steel wire speed is 16 m / min. Actual diameter of finished steel wire after galvanizing is 5. 76 mm,tensile strength is 1 910 ~ 1 930 MPa,coating layer mass is 320 ~ 350 g / m2,meet requirements of property indicator.
