山区大跨径钢桁架斜拉桥斜拉索设计研究 被引量:1

Research on Cables Design for Long-span Steel Truss Cable-stayed Bridges in the Mountainous area

摘要 普者黑南盘江大桥主桥主跨采用930 m钢桁梁斜拉桥,空间双塔双索面体系,索塔采用钻石形混凝土塔,泸西侧塔高385 m,丘北侧塔高325 m,为目前国内山区环境最大跨径、最大塔高的钢桁架斜拉桥。通过综合比选研究,考虑运输安装、安全耐久及疲劳性能,大桥斜拉索采用2 000 MPa级钢绞线斜拉索,全桥共240根斜拉索,最大索长493.3 m。斜拉索在梁端的锚固采用双拉板整体式锚箱锚固方式,塔端的锚固采用钢锚梁方式,张拉端均设置在塔端。斜拉索在塔端斜拉索套筒内设置内置式减振橡胶块,在梁端安装外置式电涡流阻尼器,并采用可有效降低斜拉索HDPE外护套管风阻系数的双螺旋线结构。 The Main Span of Puzhehei Nanpanjiang Bridge is a steel truss cable-stayed structure with a spatial double tower and double cable plane system. The pylons are diamond shaped concrete structure, 385 m high on Luxi side and 325 m high on Qiubei side. The Bridge is featured as the steel truss cable-stayed structure with largest span and the highest tower in the mountainous area up to date. Through comprehensive comparisons and alternatives studies, considering transportation and installation, safety, durability and fatigue performance, the Grade 2 000 MPa steel strand cables are adopted. There are 240 stayed cables in the whole bridge, with the maximum cable length of 493.3 m. The anchorage mode of double-pulling plate integral anchor box anchorage is used at the beam end, and steel anchor beam anchorage is used at the tower end. The tension ends are set at the tower end. The built-in damping rubber block is set in the stayed cable sleeve at the tower end, and an external eddy current damper is installed at the beam end. In addition, to effectively reduce the wind resistance coefficient, a double helix structural mode is adopted for the HDPE outer protective sleeve of the stayed cables.
