摘要
随着教育改革的不断深入,在高职思想教育课程中融入职业精神成为课改的重难点.高职院校承担着为社会培养高素质和高技能的综合型应用人才的重担,但通过对企业招聘人才的要求及毕业生的就业现况的调查发现,高职毕业生的思维职业素养还未达到企业的要求,还存在一定的距离,包括技能和其他方面.高校的职业精神培养成为教育改革的重难点,为了把职业精神融入高职思想教育课程的教学体系,本文对将职业精神培养融入高职思政课的方法进行探究,希望为培养高质量、高素养的高职学生带来有效帮助.
With the continuous deepening of education reform,the integration of professional spirit cultivation into higher vocational ideological and political courses has become a key and difficult point in the curriculum reform.Higher vocational colleges are responsible for cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents with comprehensive application ability for social and economic development.However,it is found through the current survey of social and enterprise requirements for employees and the employment status of graduates that high vocational graduates'professionalism has not yet reached the requirements of enterprises in terms of skills and other aspects.Therefore,the cultivation of professional spirit in colleges and universities has become a key and difficult point in education reform.In order to establish a teaching system integrating professional spirit for higher vocational ideological and political courses,this paper explores the methods of integrating professional spirit cultivation into higher vocational ideological and political courses,hoping to help the cultivation of high-quality higher vocational students.
