摘要
高职院校开设思政课,主要是培养学生树立远大的理想目标,并坚定正确的思想观念和价值观念。随着社会对人才需求的逐渐更新,将职业精神等相关理念融入高职院校思政课当中,不仅可以让学生们对社会产生更加全面的认知,同时也有利于引导当代高职学生针对专业诉求和职业理想设置更明确的职业规划,并培养学生的前瞻意识。在落实职业责任和职业使命的时候,可以将以工匠精神为代表的高尚品质融入工作和学习当中,提高学生们的理论内涵和实践品质,为其日后的就业发展提供更先进且更朴实的思想基础。
The main purpose of offering ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges is to train students to establish lofty ideal goals and firm correct ideas and values.With the gradual renewal of the social demand for talents,professional spirit and other related concepts are integrated into the ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges.It can not only enable students to have a more comprehensive understanding of the society,but also help guide contemporary higher vocational students to set more clear career plans for professional demands and career ideals,and cultivate students’forward-looking consciousness.When implementing professional responsibility and mission,we can integrate the noble quality represented by craftsman spirit into work and study,improve the theoretical connotation and practical quality of students,and provide a more advanced and simple ideological basis for their future employment development.
