摘要
高等职业教育肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供有力人才和技能支撑的任务与使命。思想政治课是坚持高等职业教育社会主义办学方向,对当代高职学生开展马克思主义理论教育的主阵地。形势与政策课是高等职业院校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,是实现立德树人根本任务的重要途径。如何面对国内外的新形势,因势而新,研究好形势与政策课的新内容、新教法,增强教学效果,发挥形势与政策课在学生思政教育上的作用,是思想政治教育工作者的重点研究方向之一。该文从高等职业院校形势与政策课教学的现状出发,分析其教育教学中存在的问题及原因,结合新形势下思政教育的新要求及当今高职学生的特点,提出提升形势与政策课教学效果的思考。
Higher vocational education shoulders the task and mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and skilled craftsmen,and providing powerful support of talents and skills for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Ideological and political courses are the main front for adhering to the socialist direction of higher vocational education and carrying out Marxist theory education for contemporary higher vocational students.The Situation and Policy course is an important part of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and an important way to realize the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.Workers for ideological and political education should focus on how to face the new situation at home and abroad,adapt to the situation,study the new content and new teaching methods of the Situation and Policy course,improve the teaching effect,and give full play to the role of the Situation and Policy course in the ideological and political education of students.Starting from the status quo of the teaching effect of the Situation and Policy course in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the problems existing in its education and teaching and the reasons,and combining the new requirements of ideological and political education under the new situation and the characteristics of today’s higher vocational students,proposes the thoughts on improving the teaching effect of the Situation and Policy course.
