摘要
为探讨新药研发过程中的风险管理,本文以新药研发的整个生命周期为主线,阐述新药研发各阶段可能遇到的主要风险,以及相应的风险控制策略,旨在为药企新药研发的风险管理提供有益的参考和借鉴。
In order to explore the risk management in the process of new drug research and development,this paper takes the whole life cycle of new drug research and development as the main line,expounds the main risks that may be encountered in each stage of new drug research and development,as well as the corresponding risk control strategies,aiming to provide beneficial reference for the risk management of new drug research and development.
