摘要
针对目前站用交流电源系统存在单一故障导致站用交流电源系统全站失压的风险,从站用交流电源系统接线方式、运行方式及继电保护闭锁ATSE方式等角度进行风险分析,提出了站用交流电源系统全站失压风险控制策略。通过应用该策略可有效避免单一故障导致站用交流电源系统全站失压事件的发生,为变电站站用交流电源系统的设计、运维及检修提供技术指导。
According to the risk that the current station AC power supply system has a single fault that causes the station AC power supply system to lose voltage,the risk analysis was carried out from aspects of the station AC power supply system connection mode,operation mode,and relay protection locking ATSE mode.The risk control strategy of station voltage loss in the station AC power supply system was proposed.The application of the above strategies could effectively avoid the whole station voltage loss due to a single fault,and the technical guidance for the design,operation and maintenance of AC power supply systems in substation stations was given.
