摘要
讨论了高新技术产业化风险投资评估决策的特点，构建了风险投资评估决策的过程模型和多目标综合评估指标体系，建立了该综合评估指标体系的定量评价数学模型，并对评估指标权系数的求取进行了简要的说明．
In the paper, the characters of venture capital evaluating decision are discussed. Not only the evaluating decision process models and the evaluating norm system are established, but also the quantitative evaluating mathematical model of norm system is proposed as well.
