正交实验法优化黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 目的:优化黄芩中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,通过乙醇回流提取法,以总黄酮得率为评价指标,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数4个提取因素,每个因素设计3个水平进行实验,探讨最佳提取条件。结果:黄芩中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为以70%乙醇,料液比1∶9,回流提取四次,提取时间为每次3 h。结论:乙醇回流提取法简单可靠,合理可行,可用于黄芩中总黄酮的提取。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.Method The orthogonal experimental design is used,and the ethanol concentration,the solid to liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction degree have been employed to optimize the system with total flavonoids as the index.Result The superior extraction technical condition of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was as follows:9 times of amount of 70%alcohol extracted for 4 times,each time for 3 hour.Conclusion This optimized extraction condition is efficient and stable.It is suitable for extraction of total flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and can be used for the theoretical basis.
