摘要
通过实验优选黑曲霉发酵柴胡黄芩药对的发酵工艺。以药对的有效成分总黄酮为指标,采用正交实验设计,对液料比、温度及初始含水量进行考察,确定最佳发酵工艺。最佳工艺为:柴胡黄芩药对中加入40%药材质量的水分,液料比为1∶1,在28℃下恒温培养。此方法对柴胡黄芩药对的有效成分得率高,工艺操作方便,外界对其影响相对较小。
The fermentation process of aspergillus Niger and Scutellaria bupleurum was optimized by experiment.Taking the effective component of drug pair as comprehensive index,the ratio of liquid to material,temperature and water content were investigated through orthogonal experiment design to determine the best fermentation process.The best process is to add 40% of the weight of the medicinal material into the bupleurum baicalensis Georgi medicinepair.The liquid-solid ratio was 1∶1,and the culture was at a constant temperature of 28℃ under dark and constant temperature.This method has the advantages of high yield and convenient operation,and relatively little influence from outside.
