摘要
随着社会的发展,健康养殖、绿色养殖、无抗养殖、健康饮食已成为社会关注的焦点,寻找替代化学合成药或抗生素来预防和治疗畜禽疫病已成为当务之急。中药在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗感染、抗氧化、改善畜禽肉品质、增强机体免疫力等方面的发挥的作用愈发明显。中兽药在畜禽疫病预防和治疗过程中的有效性和无残留性,日益受到畜禽养殖业的青睐,在畜禽养殖过程中的需求量也呈倍增现象。本文就中药的发酵现状、发酵方法、发酵特点等若干方面作一综述,来探讨中药发酵在畜禽养殖业中的重要意义。
With the development of society,healthy breeding,green breeding,non-resistant breeding and healthy diet have become the focus of social attention.It is urgent to find alternative compound medicine or antibiotics to prevent and treat livestock and poultry diseases.The role of Chinese medicine in anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-infection,anti-oxidation,improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat and enhancing the immunity of the body is becoming more and more obvious.The effectiveness and residue free of Chinese veterinary drugs in the prevention and treatment of livestock and poultry disease are increasingly favored by the livestock and poultry breeding industry and the demand in the livestock and poultry breeding process is also a doubling phenomenon.In this paper,the present situation,methods and characteristics of Chinese medicine fermentation were reviewed and the significance of Chinese medicine fermentation in livestock and poultry industry was discussed.
