摘要
试验选择黄芩根为原料,以黄芩中黄酮提取率为评价指标,对比了微波、超声波、超声-微波及微波-超声四种方法对黄芩黄酮水提效果的影响,并通过体外降胆固醇试验研究不同处理所得黄芩黄酮的降胆固醇效果。结果表明:微波-超声法对黄芩黄酮提取率的效果最明显,优化后的工艺条件为物料浓度40 g/L、提取时间75 min、微波时间3 min、微波功率300 W、超声时间20 min、超声频率40 kHz、超声功率密度100 W/L,该条件下黄芩黄酮提取率为6.71%,与单一溶剂提取相比提高了32.11%。体外降胆固醇试验结果表明,黄芩黄酮能显著抑制胆固醇的溶解度,与对照组相比提高了26.70%。因此,采用微波-超声法所提取的黄芩黄酮的含量较高,并具有一定的降胆固醇活性。
The effects of microwave,ultrasound,ultrasound-microwave and microwave-ultrasound extrac⁃tion of flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis were compared with Scutellaria baicalensis root powder as raw material and the extraction rate of flavonoids in Scutellaria baicalensis was taken as the evaluation in⁃dex.The cholesterol lowering effects in vitro of different treatments on flavonoids from Scutellaria ba⁃icalensis were also studied.Results showed that the microwave-ultrasound method had the most signifi⁃cant effect on the extraction rate of Scutellaria baicalensis.The optimized process conditions were as fol⁃lows:material concentration of 40 g/L,boiling water extraction of 75 min,microwave power of 300 W,mi⁃crowave time of 3 min,ultrasonic time of 20 min,ultrasonic power density of 100 W/L,and ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz,under which the average extraction rate of Scutellaria baicalensis was 6.71%.And it increased by 32.11%compared with single solvent extraction.The results of cholesterol-lowering ex⁃periments in vitro showed that baicalensis flavonoids could significantly inhibit cholesterol solubility,which increased by 26.70%compared with the control group.Therefore,the flavonoids extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis by microwave-ultrasound method are with high content and have certain cholester⁃ol lowering activity.
