摘要
目前,思想政治教育周期受到方向与目标相左、资源与诉求不匹配以及理念与实践脱节的制约。贯彻生本理念向全生命周期培育转变的策略是:统一目标方向,培养多专合一人才;资源供求相匹配,设立人性化课程体系;理论与实践衔接,建立创新实验探索机制。
At present,the cycle of ideological and political education is restricted by the contradiction between direction and goal,the mismatch between resources and demands,and the disconnection between theory and practice.The strategies to implement the transformation from student-based concept to the whole life-cycle cultivation are as follows:unifying the goal and direction to cultivate multi-specialized talents;matching the supply and demand of resources to establish a humanized curriculum system;linking theory with practice to build the mechanism of innovative experimental exploration.
