摘要
针对目前揉捻机存在自动化水平低、揉捻质量不稳定且不适用于北方茶叶的加工等问题,对揉捻机的加压机构及揉捻盘的结构进行研究,分析茶叶在揉捻时的运动规律对凹倾角及棱骨进行优化,基于ADAMS及ANSYS验证揉捻机的结构设计和参数优化的合理性,根据优化参数进行样机试制并进行揉捻试验,结果表明:优化后的揉捻盘凹倾角为6°,棱骨为14根时,生产率为75.5 kg/h,成条率为90.8%,细胞破坏率为58.6%,碎茶率为1.86%,跑茶率为0.75%及空载噪声为71.3 dB(A)。检验结果均比优化前有明显地改善,且满足茶叶加工工艺的要求,对提高茶叶的质量有重大意义。
In view of the current low level of automation, unstable quality and unsuitable for the processing of northern tea, the structure of the pressing mechanism and the structure of the tray were studied to analyze the movement of tea during the sputum. The concave angle and ribs were optimized. Based on ADAMS and ANSYS, the structural design and parameter optimization of the boring machine were verified. The prototype was tested and tested according to the optimized parameters. The results show that the optimized sag angle is 6°, when the ribs are 14 pieces, the productivity is 75.5 kg/h, the slicing rate is 90.8%, the cell destruction rate is 58.6%, the broken tea rate is 1.86%, the tea running rate is 0.75% and the no-load noise is 71.3 dB(A). The test results are obviously improved compared with the optimization, and meet the requirements of tea processing technology, which is of great significance for improving the quality of tea.
