摘要
揉捻过程中茶叶的物理特性直接影响茶叶的揉捻质量,棱骨是揉捻机使茶叶得到均匀良好揉捻的关键条件,棱骨的参数对茶叶揉捻作用具有重要的影响。以全自动茶叶揉捻机棱骨不同参数模型为分析对象,模拟茶叶揉捻时底部茶叶的运动状态,对不同参数棱骨进行有限元动态分析仿真。得出的结论为,揉盘底部茶叶因棱骨顶部圆角半径值增大而受揉捻力增大,因棱骨条半径增大而受揉捻力也增大,这一结论对进一步提高茶叶揉捻机装备的设计制造具有意义。
The physical characteristics of tea affect the quality of tea rolling directly in the rolled processing. The batten is the key condition for getting uniform good twisting,the batten parameters have an important influence on the tea rolling. Taking different batten parameter models of fully automatic tea twisting machine as analysis objects,motion of the tea at the bottom is simulated,and different parameters of batten is analyzed and simulated dynamically by the finite element method. The conclusion is that the rolling force on the tea at the bottom of the rolling disc increases with radius of the top fillet of the batten and the batten strip radius increasing. This has important significance to improve the design and manufacture of tea twisting machine equipment further.
