摘要
针对药茶揉捻机具种类不全,功能单一,适应性、可靠性不足的问题,在山西省现有茶叶揉捻机具的基础上,对其进行了适应性改进和试验,以进一步适应山西省药茶揉捻关键技术,提高山西省药茶成形率,降低茶叶破碎率、损耗率,提高茶叶品质。
In view of problems of incomplete types,single function,insufficient adaptability and reliability of medicinal tea rolling machines and tools,based on existing tea rolling machines and tools outside Shanxi Province,adaptability improvement and test of existing tea machines and tools were carried out to further adapt to key technology of medicinal tea rolling in Shanxi Province,to improve forming rate of medicinal tea in Shanxi Province,reduce crushing rate and loss rate of tea and improve quality of tea.
