电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定蓝莓桑菊茶中8种金属元素

摘要 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定蓝莓桑菊茶中8种金属元素的方法。方法:粉碎后的样品经微波消解法处理后,以钪和锗作为内标元素,在He模式下,用ICP-MS测定蓝莓桑菊茶中的8种金属元素。结果:镁、铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌和硒在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.99),方法的检出限为0.006 9~11.185 5μg·g^(-1),方法回收率为94.73%~105.74%。结论:方法简单、快速、准确度高,可用于蓝莓桑菊茶中8种金属元素的测定。 Objective:To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determi⁃nation of eight metal elements in blueberry mulberry tea.Methods:After the pulverized sample was treated by micro⁃wave digestion,scandium and germanium were used as internal standard elements,and 8 metal elements in blueberry mulberry tea were determined by ICP-MS in He mode.Results:Magnesium,chromium,manganese,iron,nickel,cop⁃per,zinc and selenium had a good linear relationship in their respective concentration ranges(r>0.99),the detection limit of the method was between 0.0069 and 11.1855μg·g^(-1),and the recovery rate of the method was in the range of 94.73%~105.74%.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast and accurate,and can be used for the determination of 8 metal elements in blueberry mulberry tea.
