摘要
采用室内抑菌试验和浸种盆栽试验探究诺沃霉素A对西瓜立枯病的防治效果。室内抑菌试验结果表明,诺沃霉素A对立枯丝核菌具有强烈的抑菌活性,抑制中浓度为1.7260μg·mL^-1;经10μg·mL^-1诺沃霉素A处理后,在显微镜和扫描电镜下观察立枯丝核菌菌丝形态均发生异常;盆栽试验结果表明,4000μg·mL^-1诺沃霉素A浸种对西瓜立枯病防效为91.83%。
Adopting indoor inhibitory on bacteriostatic activity and soaking seed potting experiment,this paper investigated the control effect of Novonestmycin A on Rhizoctonia solani damping-off of watermelon.Results of laboratory test indicated that Novonestmycin A had strong inhibitory effect on bacteriostatic activity of Rhizoctonia solani,and its median inhibitory concentration was 1.7260μg·mL^-1.After being treated with Novonestmycin A of 10μg·mL^-1 concentration,the hyphae became morphologically irregular under observation of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results of pot experiment showed that the control effect of soaking seed at the concentration of 4000μg·mL^-1 Novonestmycin on Rhizoctonia solani damping-off of watermelon was 91.83%.
