摘要
为了探明B96-Ⅱ发酵液对辣椒病害的防治效果,进行了B96-Ⅱ发酵液对辣椒病害的防治及对植物促生效果的室内和田间试验。平皿试验结果表明,B96-Ⅱ发酵液(10^10-10^11cfu/mL)对辣椒枯萎病菌、辣椒疫病菌、辣椒黑斑病菌有明显的抑制作用,在稀释100倍以上浓度(〉10^8-10^9cfu/mL),对3种病菌的生长完全抑制;在稀释10^2-10^8倍(10^2-10^8cfu/mL)时,对辣椒枯萎病菌生长速率抑制率为62.71%~93.22%,对辣椒疫病菌抑制率为71.07%-92.56%,对辣椒黑斑病菌的抑制率为91.74%~97.52%。田间试验结果表明,B96-Ⅱ发酵液(500倍)间隔30d进行2次灌根后,35d的防治效果为80.3%,复方多菌灵为37.9%,70d后B96-Ⅱ发酵液的防治效果仍为78.3%,而复方多菌灵仅为8.4%;B96-Ⅱ对辣椒植株有明显促生作用,与对照相比,植株高度提高16.1%,鲜质量提高33.5%,结实率提高23.8%,果实质量增加38.8%。
Fermentation liquid (10^10-10^11 cfu/mL) of an antagonist strain B96- Ⅱ could effectively inhibit mycelia growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum, Phytophthora capsici, and Alternaria alternata in a confrontation test in petri dishes. A Whole inhibition of the mycelia growth had been observed by the concentration of 〉 10^8 - 10^9 cfu/mL. In a concentration ranged 10^2-10^8 cfu/mL, the inhibition rate to mycelia growth of Eoxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum reached to 62.71% - 93.22%, and for P.capsici 71.07% - 92.56% and for A.alte rnata 91.74% - 97.52% respectively. Field trials revealed that root drenching with fermentation liquid (500 times dilution, two times in 30 days ) got a protective efficacy of 80.3% at 35 d, while that treated with carbendazim mixture only 37.9%. At 70 d after treatment, the efficacy kept by 78.3% for B96- Ⅱ , and 8.4% for carbendazim mixture. The strain B96- Ⅱ demonstrated a significant growth promoting effect to chili pepper plant. Compared with untreated plot, B96- Ⅱ could increase plant height up to 16.1%, fresh weight 33.5%, fruiting rate 23.8%, and the pepper fruit weight increases 38.8%.
