摘要
强还原土壤灭菌法是一种广谱性、高效性和环境友好性的作物种植之前的土壤消毒方法。为提高RSD的杀菌效果,本文以丛枝菌根菌、降解菌、蚯蚓粪为添加物研究其对已添加苜蓿秸秆的RSD的影响。结果表明,丛枝菌根菌、降解菌、蚯蚓粪的添加显著提高了土壤pH值,降低了土壤NH4+、NO3-、SO42-含量。主成分分析得出各处理效果为FAJ>ACJ>FAA>FA>FAY>CK2>CK1。本研究典范对应分析结果表明,土壤SO42-是驱动尖孢镰刀菌减少的主要因子。降解菌与苜蓿秸秆配施处理对尖孢镰刀菌的杀灭效果最佳,明显提高了防治效果,降低了番茄枯萎病的发病率,具有推广的潜力。
Reductive soil disinfestation(RSD)is a broad-spectrum,efficient and environment-friendly soil disinfection method before planting crops.In order to improve the bactericidal effect of RSD,the effects of arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi,degrading bacteria and vermicompost on RSD added with alfalfa straws were studied in this paper.The results showed that the addition of arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi,degrading bacteria and vermicompost significantly increased soil pH and decreased the contents of NH4+,NO3-and SO42-in soil.Principal component analysis showed that the effect of each treatment was as follows:FAJ>ACJ>FAA>FA>FAY>CK2>CK1.The results of canonical correspondence analysis showed that soil SO42-was the main factor driving the decrease of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.lycopersicisnyderetet Hansen.The combined application of degraded bacteria and alfalfa straws had the best killing effect on F.oxysporum,significantly improved the control effect,reduced the incidence of tomato wilt,and had the potential to be popularized.
