梨立枯丝核菌果腐病菌生长条件及寄主范围测定 被引量:1

摘要 对近年来新发现的梨立枯丝核菌果腐病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)生长条件和寄主范围进行了研究。利用生长速率法测定了不同培养基、温度、pH值、光照条件、碳源、氮源对菌丝生长和菌核形成的影响。结果表明:R.solani菌丝最适生长条件为察氏培养基,温度25℃,pH值5.0~6.0,全光照培养,麦芽糖为碳源,甘氨酸为氮源;而菌核形成的最佳培养基为PDA培养基,最适氮源为氯化铵。离体菌丝块有伤接种结果表明,R.solani除侵染梨果实外,还可侵染苹果、香蕉、桃、李和枣等果实,但不侵染蓝莓、葡萄、橙和猕猴桃等果实,对香蕉果实的侵染能力较弱,对不同品种的梨和苹果果实的致病力差异较大。 The growth conditions and host range of Rhizoctonia solani,which was newly discovered to cause fruit rot of pear in recent years,were studied.It was determined that the effects of different media,temperature,pH value,light condition,carbon source and nitrogen source on mycelia growth and sclerotia formation by growth rate method in this study.The results showed that the optimum conditions of R.solani hyphae were Czapek Dox Agar,temperature 25℃,pH value 5.0~6.0,maltose as carbon source,glycine as nitrogen source and culture with all-day illumination.In addition,the optimum medium and nitrogen source for sclerotia formation were PDA medium and ammonium chloride,respectively.The determination of host range by wound inoculation showed that R.solani infected not only pear fruit,but also apple,banana,peach,plum and jujube fruit.However,it does not infect blueberry,grape,orange and kiwi fruit,has weak infection of banana fruit.R.solani also performed different pathogenicity on various varieties of pear and apple.
