摘要
70年来,作为两大市场、两大力量和两大文明的中国与欧盟,既见证和参与了彼此的成长与发展,也共同发展为世界重要的和平与发展力量,更是当今不确定世界的稳定力量。在历史发展进程中,中欧关系虽因发展阶段、制度和历史的不同呈现出非对称性和复杂性,但共同的战略利益、巨大的经济纽带以及共同的对话精神,仍是密切中欧关系的驱动力。百年未有之变局下,中欧关系也面临新的机遇和挑战,但在过去70年成就和经验启示基础上,中欧能够继续把握战略共识、强化经济纽带,共同坚持“命运共同体”理念,建设好中欧四大伙伴关系。
In the past 70 years,China and the EU,as two major markets,two major forces and two major civilizations,have witnessed and participated in each other’s growth and development,jointly developed into important forces for peace and development in the world as well as stabilizing powers in an uncertain world.In the course of history,although China-EU relations have shown asymmetry and complexity due to the differences in their development stages,political systems and histories,common strategic interests,huge economic ties and common dialogues are still the driving forces behind the bilateral relations.Under the context of the unprecedented changes,China-EU relations are faced with both new opportunities and challenges.However,based on the achievements and experiences of the past 70 years,China and the EU can continue to grasp strategic consensus,strengthen economic ties,and jointly adhere to the concept of“common destiny community”under the banner of“the four major partnerships”between the two sides.
