摘要
新时代我国经济的主旋律已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展,但如何评价高质量发展尚缺乏顶层设计。重庆经济的高质量发展,可以在内涵界定、评价指标以及理论架构分析的基础上,围绕现代化经济体系、城乡融合发展格局、山清水秀美丽之地、内陆开放高地和人民生活品质五个维度,构建出5个一级指标、14个二级指标、23个三级指标在内的指标评价体系。
Although the trend of China’s economy in the new era has been changed from high growth to high quality,there is little research on top-design of evaluating index of high quality development.Based on connotative definition,evaluative index and framework analysis,Chongqing’s economy evaluative index system can be designed according to 5 first level indexes:modernized economic system,urban-rural integrative development,beautiful natural scenes,inland Opening-up city and people’s life quality.These indexes will be further supported by 14 second level indexes and 23 tertiary indexes.
